Looking for a GP in Amstelveen?

At the moment, our GP practice is not accepting new patients.

Are you looking for a GP? If so, there are two options:

• Register with Weehuizen GP Practice, based in the same health centre.
• Find another GP practice via ‘A GP near you’, where you can see which practices are accepting new patients based on your postcode.

Signing up at Weehuizen

General practice Weehuizen is based in the same health centre and is accepting new patients. Via the online registration page you can submit an application for registration straight away.

Note: Would you like to register several family members? If so, please complete a separate registration form for each patient.

Find a GP via ‘A GP near you’

You can also use A GP close by. On this website, you can use your postcode to see which GP practices in your area are currently accepting new patients. If a practice has places available, you can submit a registration request directly online.

How does it work?

1. Go to www.eenhuisartsdichtbij.nl.
2. Click in the top right-hand corner on ‘Find a GP near you’.
3. Enter your postcode and see which GP practices in your area are accepting new patients.
4. Is the practice accepting new patients? If so, please click through to the online registration form.
5. Please complete the form in full and submit your registration request.
6. The practice will assess your application. You will be notified as soon as possible as to whether your registration can be processed.

Note: A separate registration form must also be completed for each patient via ‘A GP nearby’.

A GP close by is intended for people who not yet have a GP. Do you already have a GP in the area and would you like to switch? If so, you cannot use this procedure. If your application shows that you are already registered with a GP, your request cannot be processed.
